The Portfolio Performance Specialist drives property performance by providing staffing support, implementing strategies for operational excellence, gathering data for performance evaluation, and enhancing resident satisfaction through effective communication and event planning.

Provide systems support and reporting for property management platforms: maintain Quickbase, Tableau, Power BI and Microsoft CRM/Power Platform components, build dashboards and custom reports, assist with migrations, month-end and gross potential rent reporting, manage ShareFile and user administration, and act as first-line support for tickets and system issues.

Provide first-line support for property management systems (RealPage, Entrata, Yardi), resolve support tickets, deliver system training, assist with system migrations during onboarding, maintain documentation and training materials, and collaborate to improve processes and escalate issues as needed.
