The role also involves secure software development, accessibility compliance, infrastructure automation, peer reviews, and responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.

Generate and qualify manufacturing leads through outbound calls, emails, text messages, and LinkedIn. Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, schedule qualified demonstrations, maintain prospect data, and partner with Solution Architects to build enterprise pipeline and close deals. Meet activity and demonstration quotas while maintaining accurate CRM records and following defined sales processes.

Leads Sales Operations for Sales and BDR teams, overseeing funnel analytics, forecasting, territory planning, capacity and quota modeling, operating rhythms, process improvement, reporting, and productivity initiatives. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Enablement, Customer Success, and Business Applications. Manages and develops the Sales Operations team while driving data-informed recommendations, system improvements, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
