Leads the global Customer Success organization and owns post-sale strategy, retention, expansion, adoption, customer health, and recurring revenue performance. Builds scalable teams, processes, lifecycle frameworks, and operating systems supporting rapid international growth. Integrates AI, predictive analytics, and automation into Customer Success operations while partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations. Manages executive relationships with strategic customers, drives forecasting accuracy, and ensures measurable customer outcomes across distributed regions.

Designs and develops mechanical product assemblies, fixtures, enclosures, and manufacturing processes for predictive-maintenance products. Responsibilities include SolidWorks modeling, component DFM/DFA, BOMs, drawings, material selection, prototype building and testing, structural integrity, regulatory compliance, and production readiness. The role coordinates with internal teams, supply-chain partners, and manufacturers while managing schedules and communicating progress on a distributed remote team.

Provides technical and customer support for hardware and network issues through software, phone, email, and internal channels. Coordinates with stakeholders to resolve complex cases, maintains strong customer relationships, communicates feedback to Product teams, diagnoses issues using software tools, meets response-time targets, and identifies proactive solutions. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, technical support experience, customer service experience, ticketing-system expertise, and familiarity with CRM and remote collaboration tools.
