Responsibilities include RF and antenna architecture, link budget analysis, system requirements, interface definitions, technical documentation, cross-functional integration, customer solution development, proposals, cost estimates, risk assessments, and technical presentations. The role requires expertise in satellite communications, RF systems, ground infrastructure, and systems engineering, with desirable experience in DSP, modem design, waveform development, and FPGA-based signal processing.

Design, verify, and test RTL for FPGA-based spacecraft and ground-station systems. Responsibilities include developing high-throughput systems, interfacing with converters, memories, and MCUs, implementing radiation mitigation, and collaborating with DSP, firmware, software, and hardware teams. The role also supports recruitment and requires expertise in FPGA design, verification, modeling, and system-level constraints.

Leads satellite sales across Europe and Central Asia by developing prospects, managing pipelines, negotiating complex enterprise deals, presenting technical offerings, and building executive-level customer relationships. Partners with engineering and business development teams to create tailored solutions, accelerate sales cycles, and close multi-million-dollar contracts. Prepares sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for executive leadership and the board. Travel may reach 30% of the time.
