Leads global clinical development strategy and execution for hematology/oncology therapies from preclinical selection through Phase 3 investment decisions. Oversees regulatory submissions, integrated product plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and governance decisions. Builds target product profiles, guides patient-selection and development strategies, and co-leads cross-functional clinical program teams. Requires strong hematology/oncology drug-development expertise, leadership, communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills.

Leads country-level execution of complex clinical studies, including feasibility, site selection, regulatory submissions, activation, monitoring, recruitment, risk mitigation, documentation, and closure. Oversees local study teams and CRAs, ensures GCP compliance, manages timelines and deliverables, supports contracts and budgets, coordinates recruitment strategies, and maintains stakeholder relationships with investigators, KOLs, patient organizations, and global teams. Also contributes to country strategy, process improvement, mentoring, and external scientific engagement.
