Plans and coordinates multiple cross-functional IT projects from initiation through delivery and closure. Responsibilities include defining scope, developing project plans, coordinating resources and vendors, tracking milestones and KPIs, managing risks and change control, overseeing testing and documentation, supporting training and deployment, communicating with stakeholders, and improving project delivery processes while meeting schedule and budget requirements.

Plans and coordinates internal technology projects from initiation through delivery, including infrastructure upgrades and PC deployments. Maintains requirements, schedules, budgets, action items, reports, tickets, and project communications. Coordinates stakeholder meetings, monitors issues and trends, supports process improvements, and provides KPI and analytical insights to project managers and decision-makers.

Plans and coordinates technology projects from initiation through delivery, including network, server, software, and PC deployment initiatives. Maintains requirements, schedules, budgets, action items, reports, and project updates. Coordinates stakeholder meetings, ticket resolution, regional resources, and issue escalation. Identifies process improvements, recurring problems, critical metrics, and KPIs while providing actionable insights. Requires strong communication, organization, judgment, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
