Leads composite technicians and daily airframe builds while establishing a scalable manufacturing operation. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, planning workflows, performing and supervising composite fabrication, managing molds and fixtures, coordinating with engineering, maintaining quality records, improving work instructions, supporting first articles, enforcing safety, and scaling facilities, equipment, and processes.

Develop and own medium-voltage electrical power systems for ground power generation. Responsibilities include electrical architecture, specifications, schematics, BOMs, power-system studies, equipment selection, safety and certification, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer, utility, and supplier interfaces. The role also mentors engineers and collaborates with mechanical, controls, and manufacturing teams to take complex electrical products from concept through production.

Design and deliver mechanical and fluid system components from concept through production and flight. Perform trade studies, detailed CAD designs, and structural/thermal/fluid analyses. Collaborate with propulsion, structures, avionics, controls, and manufacturing teams, work with suppliers, develop and run hardware test plans, support prototyping, vehicle builds, ground and flight testing, and participate in technical reviews and safety/hazard analyses.
