The Senior Propulsion Test Engineer will design and operate test stand infrastructure for jet engine testing, improving test capabilities and ensuring quality metrics are met prior to aircraft integration.

Lead all HR functions at Astro Mechanica, including talent acquisition, employee operations, and organizational design, while contributing to company strategy.

Design, analyze, and validate propulsion systems from prototype through flight qualification and vehicle integration. Perform detailed structural, thermal, and fluid analyses, present design reviews, assemble prototypes and tooling, create work instructions, run hardware tests, analyze test data, and diagnose and correct hardware issues.
