Lead partner management to support supply chain program performance across exchanges, repairs, and deliveries. Use dashboards and KPIs to analyze performance, resolve escalations, drive root-cause solutions, identify operational improvements and program enhancements, ensure contractual compliance, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to meet customer goals.

Manage inventory optimization for the Same Unit Repair program across multiple channels and locations. Set and execute stocking strategies, monitor KPIs (service levels, DOH, in-stock%), minimize excess and obsolescence, analyze data, drive process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective replenishment and program performance.
