Partner with Operations, Data Science, Engineering, Design, and Training teams to improve service quality, automate feedback loops, and drive measurable operational outcomes.

Lead product strategy and execution for the data platform: define roadmap, prioritize features, oversee product managers, align stakeholders, measure adoption and business impact.

Lead enterprise data science strategy, roadmap, and governance. Prioritize high-impact use cases, oversee model lifecycle and MLOps, establish responsible AI standards, manage teams and budgets, and communicate outcomes and risks to executives to drive measurable ROI and adoption.
