Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for the Patient Engagement product, develop positioning and messaging, create marketing assets, enable Sales and Customer Success, perform competitive and market analysis, and support demand-generation and cross-functional launch activities.

Manage planning, timelines, and cross-functional coordination for go-to-market initiatives and product launches. Track dependencies, risks, and deliverables; organize meetings, status updates, and documentation. Support sprint and workback planning, Monday.com adoption, process improvements, and use of AI-enabled tools to streamline communications and reporting. Ensure launch readiness and post-launch follow-up across marketing, product, and business stakeholders.
