Own portfolio performance, delinquency and loss analysis, credit limits, exposure strategy, underwriting policy evaluation, and credit measurement standards. Partner with engineering to assess model performance, identify gaps, design tests, monitor calibration and drift, and produce recurring credit reporting. Support fair lending testing, adverse action reason quality, and credit documentation while using SQL, Python, and BigQuery for analysis.

Build and improve full-stack products across the frontend, backend, and data layers. Own fraud and underwriting systems, develop end-to-end features, collaborate with risk operations and support teams, and help set product and technology direction. The role also involves mentoring engineers and contributing to engineering culture and company growth. This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, requiring two days per week in the office.

Build and own full-stack product features and infrastructure using Flutter, Firebase, and Firestore. Collaborate with customers and analyze usage metrics to identify opportunities and deliver impactful products. Lead projects, shape product and technology direction, mentor engineers, and contribute to engineering culture and company growth.
