Provides advanced remote IT support, systems administration, infrastructure troubleshooting, and technical escalation across client environments. Mentors junior engineers, resolves complex tickets, maintains documentation and change controls, supports infrastructure initiatives, and evaluates emerging technologies. The role requires remote availability during West Coast Pacific Time business hours and effective communication in a managed services environment.

Leads technical onboarding and infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and technology transformation projects for clients. Assesses environments, designs and implements secure solutions, develops technical plans, manages risks, troubleshoots complex issues, and communicates with stakeholders. The role also provides technical escalation support, mentors engineers, improves implementation efficiency through automation and documentation, and delivers client-facing guidance across project lifecycles.
