Jobs at Atom Computing

Develop and optimize fault-tolerance schemes for neutral-atom quantum computers, including atom-movement strategies, decoders, quantum simulation tools, and classical compute layers. Implement error correction on quantum hardware while collaborating with experimental physicists, hardware engineers, software developers, and control systems teams. The role requires translating theoretical concepts into practical demonstrations and contributing to quantum-computing architecture and strategy.

Leads and mentors a team of approximately five software engineers and quantum software engineers. The role combines hands-on technical contributions, team leadership, software integration, and productization of prototype systems.

The Senior Technical Program Manager oversees quantum computing system operations, manages research portfolios, collaborates with teams, and drives program execution and communication.
