The Quantum Error Correction Software Engineer will research quantum error correcting codes, design fault-tolerant quantum computations, and translate research into production-ready code.

Drive development and demonstration of fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for neutral-atom hardware. Evaluate resource requirements, optimize and generalize algorithms, and implement near-term demonstrations in collaboration with QEC, software, and compilation teams.

Perform theoretical and computational research to advance neutral-atom quantum computing; build and maintain atomic physics simulations, model hardware noise, collaborate with experimentalists and engineers, and produce well-tested multi-language code.
