Support the CEO and Head of Strategic Growth by managing operating rhythms, calendars, travel, priorities, and sensitive communications. Own cross-company projects, leadership follow-ups, executive briefings, investor and customer preparation, and concise decision memos. The role requires strong judgment, writing, accuracy, discretion, initiative, recommendation-making, and effective use of AI tools, with occasional travel between Santa Clara and Emeryville.

Supports two senior executives across Go-to-Market and Engineering by managing calendars, travel, meetings, communications, expenses, events, documents, special projects, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires exceptional organization, discretion, judgment, communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced startup. The Executive Assistant works onsite in Emeryville five days per week and represents executives with internal and external stakeholders.

Manufacturing Engineer responsible for sustaining and improving manufacturing equipment and processes from development through production ramp. Duties include preventive maintenance, process optimization, BOM translation, root-cause analysis, documentation, equipment validation, contract manufacturer support, DFM/DFX feedback, and continuous improvement. The role partners with multidisciplinary teams, owns projects, supports production readiness, and travels between Emeryville and Santa Clara as needed.
