Teams at AT&T

Manages relationships and marketing agreements with connected-community properties, conducting frequent property visits and engaging property managers to promote AT&T products. Drives fiber and wireless sales through localized offers, referrals, events, and marketing programs. Coordinates with cross-functional teams supporting contracts, technology, network, retail, and customer experience. Onboards new construction and fiber-overbuild locations while managing event budgets, customer issues, territories, and sales quotas.

Leads complex IoT and telecommunications sales as a product specialist. Develops advanced sales strategies, customizes network solutions, prepares detailed proposals and bids, supports aligned sales teams, manages customer relationships, and closes opportunities in large accounts. Provides product expertise, analyzes customer needs, ensures satisfaction, and may introduce products, train teams, and mentor colleagues while carrying a high sales quota or territory.

Acquire new small and mid-sized business customers within a defined territory through cold calling, door-to-door prospecting, referrals, networking, and market research. Build pipelines, set appointments, identify customer needs, sell AT&T solutions, manage negotiations and full sales cycles, maintain Salesforce activity, and meet quotas. The role requires frequent field engagement with business owners and decision-makers, plus collaboration from an assigned office.
