Build and improve a scan-to-BIM pipeline that converts point-cloud capture data into accurate, structured 3D BIM models. Responsibilities include model creation, mesh generation, data structuring, IFC and 3D-tool usage, and applying computer vision to automate 3D reconstruction. The role requires construction knowledge and hands-on experience with detailed 3D projects, with occasional quarterly onsite gatherings in San Francisco.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales to hyperscalers, energy companies, real estate developers, and government accounts. Build and manage an $8M–$12M+ pipeline, navigate complex technical sales cycles, close strategic deals, and represent Augrade to sophisticated buyers. Partner with the founding team on positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy while helping establish the early-stage sales motion.

Lead the development of an AI-powered 4D construction scheduling product by applying hands-on construction planning and execution expertise. Interpret blueprints, guide product and engineering decisions, and ensure scheduling capabilities reflect real-world project practices. Manage and advise on construction project management workflows, collaborate with technical teams, and work in person approximately one week per month. Relocation support is available.

The Founding AI Engineer will develop an end-to-end scan-to-BIM pipeline, focusing on 3D scene understanding and BIM generation from spatial data.

Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, conduct product demos, build relationships with executives, and ensure account growth in the construction tech industry.

Apply deep design expertise and BIM execution to independently design and deliver complex building projects. Develop and coordinate multidisciplinary Revit BIM models, evaluate code compliance and constructability, and translate engineering judgment into AI-enabled workflows. Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to improve model generation, validation, and documentation, and support client engagements.
