For phase 1, we're training foundational AI models that create building code-compliant BIM models, cost analysis & documentation from 2D building blueprints.

We are a small team of 20+ and looking for people passionate about 3D generation/reconstruction.

We’re targeting $100B+ opportunity in construction’s design, estimation, and planning software—ripe for disruption by AI-first platforms.

About the role

Augrade is on a mission to enable Humans to build infrastructure on Earth & Beyond. Augmenting human capabilities & civilization by empowering the technical & non-technical users to design, predict costs & schedules of construction projects.

You will be working directly on sales efforts across India, USA, Dubai & Singapore. You will be a part of the core founding team & working closely to Augment Human Capabilities.

What you’ll do
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle — from discovery to negotiation and close.

  • Conduct product demos, proposals, and follow-ups with mid-market decision makers.

  • Partner with SDRs to qualify inbound and outbound leads into active opportunities.

  • Build trusted relationships with C‑suite and senior decision-makers.

  • Craft tailored proposals and business cases aligned with clients’ ROI and digital transformation priorities.

  • Lead multi-stakeholder presentations, demos, and workshops.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and account growth.

  • Maintain an accurate forecast and CRM hygiene to support revenue planning.

  • Represent Augrade at industry conferences and client events across your region.

About you (Qualifications etc)
  • 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3+ in enterprise SaaS or construction tech / industrial software.

  • Proven success in closing 6–7 figure enterprise deals.

  • Expertise in complex deal management — multiple stakeholders, long sales cycles, and custom pricing.

  • Strong executive presence and consultative selling ability.

  • Technical curiosity — comfortable engaging with engineering, design, and finance leaders.

  • Experience managing RFPs, multi-year contracts, or pilot-to-scale transitions.

  • Willingness to travel across your region and globally as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

Good to have
  • Experience in enterprise software or technology solutions related to the construction industry.

  • Established network or relationships within the heavy industry sectors.

  • Prior experience in startup or fast-growing environment.
