Remote, entry-level upsell sales role contacting existing Aura customers to recommend product upgrades and add-ons. Make daily outbound calls, consult on personalized digital safety solutions, meet monthly revenue/upsell targets, collaborate with the team, and stay informed on cybersecurity trends to act as a trusted advisor.

Handle inbound cancellation calls and outbound payment-failure calls to retain customers, provide proactive support, identify upsell/retention opportunities, evangelize Aura's mission, and consult on identity/privacy/security best practices to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Individual contributor responsible for building and managing a high-performing channel distribution network across a multi-state territory to drive bookings and revenue. Recruit, onboard, and enable partners (including via a MetLife partnership), develop joint business plans, deliver product presentations and demos, monitor partner performance, resolve sales conflicts, and execute territory sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
