Supports a Supervising Producer across production and post-production by managing task tracking, shoot logistics, client communications, approvals, deliverables, follow-ups, and workflow organization. The role coordinates calendars, travel, assets, releases, receipts, and meetings while proactively identifying risks and keeping projects moving. It requires executive support experience, familiarity with video production workflows, strong communication, emotional intelligence, AI fluency, and the ability to work independently during PST/MST hours.

Support a Supervising Producer across production and post-production by coordinating logistics, tracking project tasks, managing communications, preparing meetings, following up on approvals, and organizing workflows in Productive. The role requires proactive executive support, strong communication, emotional intelligence, familiarity with video production, and effective use of AI tools. This is a full-time, remote U.S.-based contract role with PST/MST core hours and occasional Los Angeles collaboration.
