Manage Michigan PIP claims end-to-end: investigate facts, perform coverage analysis, evaluate damages and limits, negotiate settlements, approve payments, refer to other units, document files, and handle MCCA and attorney-represented claims.

Lead projects reviewing complex insurance products, underwriting and vendor practices to improve profitability and quality. Perform audits, analyze data, build dashboards using GCP and Excel, recommend process improvements, collaborate with stakeholders, support investigations, and develop policies and reporting for underwriting quality assurance.

Manage daily general ledger accounting for cash receipts, disbursements, fixed assets, and tax compliance. Serve as Workday process owner for Expenses and Supplier Accounts, oversee payment operations, reconciliations, audits, controls, and year-end activities. Lead process improvements, system enhancements, budgeting, and a team of accounting staff while partnering with Finance, AP, Payroll, IT, and operational teams.
