Customer-facing engineering role owning accounts end-to-end to design, configure, and maintain AI agent automations. Configure and orchestrate agents on Automat Studio, troubleshoot and evolve deployments, prototype automation techniques, and align solutions with customer needs while identifying upsell opportunities and bridging product, engineering, and customer teams.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will develop and expand enterprise-grade products, build UX interfaces, and collaborate with teams, focusing on AI and automation.

The Head of Sales will lead sales efforts, develop go-to-market strategies, partner with executives, and translate technical products into compelling narratives for customers, while ensuring scalable sales operations.
