Leads analyst relations strategy for AI and enterprise automation, managing Gartner, Forrester, and IDC evaluations; develops market narratives, executive briefings, and competitive intelligence; influences product strategy and positioning; coordinates Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, PR, and executive stakeholders; equips field teams with analyst insights and collateral; and uses AI-driven workflows to improve program efficiency.

Leads and scales the global sales renewals organization, owning renewal bookings, retention metrics, forecasting, pipeline health, and enterprise account strategies. Manages and develops renewal professionals, drives structured renewal processes, negotiates complex commercial agreements, identifies expansion opportunities, and partners cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, RevOps, Product, and executives. Uses customer health, adoption, usage, and commercial data to reduce churn and improve renewal predictability, scalability, and growth.
