Build and lead Avive’s commercial onboarding and sales development programs. Responsibilities include creating curricula, competency frameworks, certifications, and assessments; delivering live and virtual training; coaching sales professionals; partnering with sales leadership; translating best practices into scalable programs; maintaining product and market expertise; measuring training effectiveness; and continuously improving programs based on performance data and feedback.

Own Avive’s cloud and mobile software products across strategy, design, development, launch, maintenance, and expansion. Translate customer needs and business priorities into product vision, requirements, roadmaps, and backlogs. Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, and customers to deliver user-focused solutions. Define and monitor adoption, engagement, retention, and satisfaction KPIs, iterating on products based on feedback and performance.

Own partner-facing product marketing for Avive's AED and connected platform. Translate product positioning into co-branded messaging, enablement, and assets for distribution, retail, and training partners. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Gen to drive partner-led pipeline, measure content performance, and operationalize proof points and launch materials.

The Business Systems Integration Developer will design and maintain integrations between business systems, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency. They will troubleshoot integration issues, partner with teams to document requirements, and create dashboards for performance tracking.

The Regional Channel Sales Manager will cultivate partner relationships, drive sales initiatives, train sales teams, and grow brand presence, focusing on key performance indicators.

The Backend Engineer will design and maintain scalable backend services, develop APIs, optimize data storage, and ensure system performance and reliability, collaborating with various teams.

Manage full sales cycle for AED solutions in New Jersey: prospect and qualify new customers via high-volume outbound and inbound outreach, nurture pipeline, close deals, develop customized outreach strategies, and maintain detailed CRM records. Role includes ~30% travel and working with prospects in public safety and education verticals.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Python/Django backend services and APIs. Optimize PostgreSQL and Redis, implement Elasticsearch, run Celery background workers, ensure test coverage with pytest, operate distributed low-latency systems, monitor and optimize for reliability and cost, collaborate across teams, and document technical designs and runbooks.
