We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee software products at Avive. This includes both cloud and mobile products that power our connected AED ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for translating customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities into products from early design stages through production releases, maintenance, and expansions. The role will strategize on new products, generate product requirements, develop product roadmaps, and prioritize product features, expansions and improvements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Translate customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities into product solutions and priorities.
• Develop a cohesive product vision and roadmap for software products and communicate that roadmap effectively
• Work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, sales & marketing, and customer success to prioritize the product backlog and create product requirements.
• Generate Product Requirements for implementation by the software engineering team. Iterate on those requirements and weigh tradeoffs from feedback in the development process.
• Provide inputs to and manage UI and UX design processes to completion in partnership with the Design team.
• Represent the customer experience. Identify, advocate for, and fill product gaps. Generate new ideas that make existing customers love our products and new customers have more reasons to use our products.
• Serve as a cross-functional point of contact. Be a clear communicator, and explain the reason behind decisions
• Represent the company by visiting with and talking with customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
• Define KPIs for product adoption, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction
• Measure and monitor feature success after launch and iterate based upon feedback

Required Education and Experience
• BS degree in Engineering, Product Management, or equivalent combination of relevant coursework and job-related experience.
• At least 3-4+ years of experience in Product Management
• Experience managing SaaS or cloud software products with significant customer-facing User Interface /Experience (not just API’s and integrations)
• Experience owning detailed product requirements and working closely with software development teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
