Requer viagens regionais e interação com lojistas, distribuidores, concessionárias e oficinas.

Manage and grow strategic relationships with national and regional retail partners. Drive category growth through assortment planning, merchandising, promotions, joint business planning, and cross-functional execution. Own account performance using sales, inventory, and promotional data, ensure supply chain readiness, and meet financial targets. Coordinate internal teams and lead regular alignment to deliver revenue and operational excellence. Travel approximately 25–35%.

Serve as primary customer contact to maintain satisfaction and retention. Develop and execute account plans, document activity in Salesforce, coordinate resources, support paint conversions, prioritize tasks to meet revenue and retention targets, and travel to customer sites as needed.
