Design and maintain cloud infrastructure on GCP, manage Kubernetes, improve CI/CD pipelines, ensure reliability and security, and support rapid development cycles.

Build and deploy customer-specific software solutions, including data integrations, APIs, applications, business logic, and AI-enabled workflows. Partner directly with customers to scope problems, validate solutions, and ensure adoption. Own software reliability, testing, deployment, monitoring, documentation, and ongoing support while identifying reusable patterns with Product and Engineering. The role combines hands-on software engineering, customer engagement, and travel to manufacturing clients.

Design and build scalable backend services, data-processing workflows, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered systems. Lead architecture and technical strategy, own reliability and production operations, mentor engineers, and guide cross-team initiatives from design through deployment. The role focuses on transforming unstructured customer data into reliable structured outputs and developing LLM-powered and agentic workflows.
