The Physician Assistant provides medical care under physician supervision, including patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and health education in a primary care setting.

Lead fundraising and external affairs by developing and executing comprehensive development plans, managing grants and donor relations, supervising the development team, cultivating stakeholders and government relations, coordinating communications and events, ensuring compliance with gift policies, and recording donor data accurately to support Axis Community Health's mission.

The Physician will provide direct patient care, including examinations, diagnoses, treatments, and referrals, collaborating with support staff and maintaining accurate medical records.
