Build and scale Backblaze's partner ecosystem across cloud, OEM, ISV, MSP, CDN, distributor, and marketplace channels. Create partner programs, enablement, compensation, go-to-market motions, and reporting while working cross-functionally to drive partner-sourced revenue and expand relationships with AI infrastructure and cloud partners.

Design and own post-sales programs (onboarding, service standards, VOC, enablement, partner readiness). Synthesize CSAT/NPS and support signals into product and ops improvements, build scalable enablement and partner onboarding, track program health (time-to-value, NRR, retention), and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive retention and expansion.

Lead post-sales and revenue analytics by integrating product telemetry, support signals, and revenue data. Build scalable data models, reusable datasets, and semantic layers. Define SaaS metrics, forecast revenue and usage, predict expansion and churn, and deliver dashboards and insights to drive renewals, expansion, and revenue growth.
