Build the systems, automation, data models, and AI-enabled workflows supporting Sales and Customer Success. Responsibilities include creating GTM data infrastructure, value ledgers, account context tools, workflow discovery systems, pilot instrumentation, CRM automation, expansion signals, and data-quality observability. The role partners directly with GTM leadership and field teams to identify bottlenecks, prototype solutions, measure adoption, and scale effective processes.

Define product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered B2B supply chain and logistics software. Conduct customer research, analyze data, evaluate AI opportunities, write product specifications, prototype solutions, and partner with engineering, design, go-to-market, customers, and leadership to ship incremental product improvements. The role requires strong product judgment in an early-stage environment and experience designing complex workflows for non-developer business users.

Leads BackOps’ infrastructure and security engineering team, owning multi-cloud and on-premise infrastructure, reliability, networking, access controls, secrets, vulnerability management, SOC 2 controls, and security automation. The role includes hiring and mentoring engineers, establishing paved roads and operational standards, translating risks for executives and customers, improving incident response, and building scalable security and infrastructure functions.
