Serves as the embedded Scrum Master for Platform Architecture and Infrastructure teams. Protects team capacity, facilitates prioritization, maps cross-team dependencies, coaches Agile ceremonies, improves roadmap and impact visibility, and ensures delivery practices align with governance requirements. The role also reports on team health and strategic-plan execution, with future opportunities to mentor other Scrum Masters and expand Agile coaching across the organization.

Leads the commercial habitational underwriting function, including strategy, risk appetite, pricing, portfolio growth, profitability, and loss-ratio performance. Manages and develops underwriting staff, underwrites complex accounts, builds broker and reinsurance relationships, ensures policy and treaty compliance, and partners with leadership on business planning, budgeting, and product strategy. The role requires substantial E&S underwriting expertise, habitational experience, and frequent travel to industry partners and team meetings.

Manages commercial insurance client accounts, maintains accurate files and documentation, reviews policies and coverage, processes renewals and certificates, monitors claims, supports invoicing and premium allocation, and advises clients on risk-transfer solutions. Builds relationships with clients and insurance carriers, assists with new-business referrals, coordinates account servicing, and identifies process improvements. Requires a state insurance license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days and at least three years of commercial account management experience.
