Senior-level insurance producer responsible for driving revenue through prospecting, client advisory, and market engagement. Builds pipelines, designs commercial and benefits insurance solutions, leads executive-level consultative discussions, leverages carrier relationships, and partners with internal teams to deliver and retain complex mid-to-large market programs.

Participate in a 10-week remote rotational internship supporting MSI and LeaseTrack operations. Review and improve training programs, process documentation, workflows, and operational reports. Assist with status reporting, project coordination, technology implementations, and process-improvement initiatives while gaining exposure to insurance operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Support and configure Workday HCM and related HR systems: perform tenant and security maintenance, business process configuration, data loads, releases, solution design, analytics, and stakeholder/vendor management to optimize HR processes.
