Advise leadership, liaison with outside counsel, handle pre-litigation actions, investigate claims, coordinate with carriers, draft litigation holds, prepare executive updates, and evaluate legal exposures across business lines.

Lead regional new business strategy and execution across Commercial and Employee Benefits. Recruit, develop, and retain Advisors and Sales Leaders. Drive sales activity via CRM, SCORE model training, forecasting, and reporting. Partner with segment leadership to enhance client experience, identify growth opportunities, and ensure advisor integration and training with partnered firms.
