Lead San Francisco office operations by managing the direct support team lifecycle, developing systems and policies, overseeing budget and facilities (including construction), coordinating events and community engagement, managing vendor relationships, supporting the Office Managing Partner, and driving office initiatives.

Perform pricing analysis and profitability modeling to support engagement pricing and RFP responses. Develop financial models and alternative fee arrangements, set billing rates using benchmarking and internal analytics, and produce standard and ad-hoc financial reports. Collaborate with lawyers, practice groups, marketing, and finance to inform pricing strategy and improve revenue performance.
