Leads strategic finance, balance sheet strategy, capital and liquidity planning, investor relations, corporate development, financial modeling, valuation, and executive communications. Partners with senior leaders across Finance, Treasury, Strategy, and business lines to evaluate strategic opportunities, support mergers and acquisitions, prepare investor materials, and drive enterprise-level initiatives and shareholder value creation.

Administers enterprise Oracle databases across production and non-production environments. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, patching, performance tuning, security, backup and recovery, high availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, compliance, and Tier 2/3 support. Partners with infrastructure, applications, security, audit, and vendors while improving database standards, automation, availability, and recoverability.

Conducts equipment research, residual and collateral valuation, market analysis, and portfolio monitoring for equipment finance transactions. Prepares valuation reports for credit review, manages off-lease equipment disposition, and maximizes portfolio value through remarketing, renewals, and early terminations. The role also coordinates with appraisers, remarketers, internal stakeholders, and management while ensuring compliance with credit policies, lease standards, and audit requirements.

Originates and funds self-sourced SBA 7(a) and 504 loans, targeting $10–15M+ annually. Builds referral and client relationships, pre-screens and structures loans, analyzes tax returns and financial statements, partners with underwriting and closing, maintains client communication, and ensures compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
