Markets new commercial banking clients and manages, grows, and maintains loan, deposit, and cash management relationships. Develops complex commercial loans, supports credit underwriting and approval processes, meets portfolio growth and credit quality goals, explains banking products, and partners with portfolio management and credit administration. Provides guidance to junior relationship managers while delivering strong client service.

Leads underwriting, maintenance, and management of a complex middle-market credit portfolio. Manages credit risk, supports customer retention and relationship growth, expands loan and deposit balances, and helps structure loans. Provides excellent customer service and trains and mentors junior staff. Requires relevant commercial banking experience, a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, and preferably experience with Sageworks/Abrigo.

Develops and cultivates new commercial banking client relationships while maintaining, growing, and retaining an established portfolio. Meets portfolio growth goals and advises clients on complex credit, deposit, and treasury products. Requires significant banking credit expertise, strong relationship management capabilities, and regular office-based and off-site client visits.
