Bank of Marin, voted by our employees as one of the “Best Places to Work” in the North Bay Business Journal, is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking Office in Oakland.


This is a full-time position that requires both office-based and off-site visits. The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and cultivating new client portfolio relationships to meet all ongoing established portfolio growth goals. As well as responsibility for the maintenance, cultivation and retention of an established client portfolio. The individual should have significant expertise and experience with all complex credit skills and have a high level and detailed understanding of all banking credit, deposit and treasury products.

Professional / Educational Experience: 

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a related field and minimum 5 - 7 year’s relevant banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

The hiring pay range for this position is $155,666 to $225,718. In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
