Senior sales advisor managing a portfolio of public sector clients, driving revenue and cross-selling treasury and payment solutions. Conducts account planning, proposals, pricing, financial analysis, client reviews, and risk mitigation. Partners with relationship, service, and onboarding teams to ensure implementations and compliance, coaches junior staff, and represents the bank at industry events to identify opportunities and optimize client treasury operations.

Acts as the primary client contact to uncover financial needs and deliver banking and investment solutions. Builds and grows AUM through new client acquisition and deeper penetration of existing portfolios, collaborates with Financial Advisors on complex needs, supports onboarding and compliance, conducts outreach and community relationship building, meets sales targets, mentors branch staff, and ensures risk, credit, and regulatory standards are followed.

Lead platform strategy, roadmap and health for customer-facing/internal platforms. Document requirements and system design, manage APIs and security, analyze platform data to drive optimizations, and prioritize work. Coordinate technology, design, security and marketing; manage vendor relationships and compliance. Provide leadership to development and QA, manage dev/qa/BA resources, and serve as primary Business/Systems Analyst for FedNow and other payment rails.
