Design, program, test, commission, and support industrial control systems for automated manufacturing. Lead SCADA, PLC, and HMI development, troubleshoot production lines, manage project execution, and maintain client relationships. Provide on-site start-up and installation support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver control system integration solutions.

Lead and develop a team of Project Accountants to ensure accurate project financials including revenue recognition, billing, forecasting, collections, WIP and month-end close. Oversee audits, contract reviews, ERP implementation, training, standards, and liaison with IT. Support 20-30 projects, manage reporting to finance leadership, and provide year-end audit support. Travel ~10-15%.

Lead architecture for the Sales & Commercial domain in a global D365 F&O program. Design and govern standard processes, collaborate with solutions analysts and external partners, document designs and tests, support implementations, troubleshoot Tier 3 issues, and drive continuous process improvements and user adoption.
