Lead the electrical architecture and technical direction for energy storage systems, including inverters, battery management systems, and microgrid interconnect devices. Own product development from concept through high-volume manufacturing and field deployment, including schematics, PCB strategy, bring-up, validation, reliability, and end-of-line testing. Build and mentor an electrical engineering team, debug complex system issues, collaborate across engineering and manufacturing functions, and drive continuous product improvement.

Design and integrate hardware systems for residential energy applications, focusing on battery management and inverter systems, while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The Hardware Engineering Intern will assist in product development by collaborating with engineers to design, test, and build electrical and mechanical systems for energy solutions, while contributing to documentation and troubleshooting.
