Software
Build Baseten’s partner engineering platform by integrating model labs, hyperscalers, developer tools, cloud marketplaces, and AI infrastructure companies. Lead integrations from technical discovery through production, develop reusable capabilities for identity, provisioning, inference, metering, billing, and model serving, and collaborate across partner, product, and engineering teams. Own substantial production code while ensuring reliable APIs, observability, testing, safe rollouts, and robust failure handling.
Software
Own the corporate accounting function, including general ledger activities, reconciliations, financial reporting, accruals, fixed assets, equity compensation, and month-end and year-end close. Lead close calendars, strengthen internal controls, support audits, prepare technical accounting documentation, maintain NetSuite and spend management systems, and partner with FP&A, Legal, Procurement, and Data on accounting matters.

Owns the tactical onboarding experience for new hires, including communications, documentation, background checks, I-9s, HRIS setup, travel logistics, and Day 1 coordination. Partners with managers, buddies, IT, Workplace, and Global Mobility to ensure smooth starts. Manages onboarding platform logistics and vendor relationships, handles sensitive employee information, and improves People Operations workflows through automation and systems integration.
