Lead and develop a North American SDR team responsible for pipeline generation. Set performance targets, coach reps, refine technical outbound strategies, analyze pipeline data, partner with AEs and cross-functional teams, hire and onboard SDRs, and adopt AI tools to improve prospecting efficiency.

Own and evolve compensation strategy and programs, collaborate with leadership on job architecture, conduct market benchmarking, manage equity grants, and lead compensation review cycles.
