The role requires onsite work five days per week and expertise in California employment law, manufacturing operations, workforce analytics, HR systems, and continuous improvement.

Lead plant-level Quality for a medical device manufacturing facility: develop and deploy the QMS, ensure regulatory compliance (MDR/PRRC), oversee batch review and product release, manage CAPA, design and process controls, drive PMS and vigilance reporting, lead audits and inspections, direct continuous improvement and technology transfer, and build/manage the Quality organization and budget.
