Provides strategic HR leadership and business partnership for a manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, talent management, leadership development, employee relations, investigations, performance management, change management, compliance, and HR program implementation. The role requires onsite work five days per week and expertise in California employment law, manufacturing operations, workforce analytics, HR systems, and continuous improvement.

Lead plant-level Quality for a medical device manufacturing facility: develop and deploy the QMS, ensure regulatory compliance (MDR/PRRC), oversee batch review and product release, manage CAPA, design and process controls, drive PMS and vigilance reporting, lead audits and inspections, direct continuous improvement and technology transfer, and build/manage the Quality organization and budget.
