Manages BayLegal’s case management data systems, user support, data quality, audits, reporting, dashboards, and grant and contract data collection. The role troubleshoots system issues, coordinates with vendors, improves workflows, maintains documentation, trains staff, and translates program data into actionable information for compliance, performance evaluation, and organizational decision-making. It requires careful handling of confidential information, independent judgment, strong communication, and collaboration with program teams.

Provides direct civil legal services to low-income clients, primarily representing individuals seeking Social Security disability, SSI, CAPI, and related public benefits. Handles cases from applications through administrative hearings and federal court, conducts advocacy and community education, coordinates with partners, and addresses systemic barriers affecting vulnerable populations. The role requires client representation, legal research and writing, partnership development, documentation, and occasional travel throughout Alameda County and the Bay Area.
