Lead and deliver Oracle iStore implementations, enhancements, and support. Serve as liaison between business and IT, conducting requirements analysis, process design/re-engineering, gap/fit and reporting analysis, application configuration, CRP testing, user training, and production support.

Provide techno-functional support for Oracle Financials modules (Procure-to-Pay, Cash Management, Project Billing, Service Contracts). Perform hands-on work with Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, Interfaces and integrations; engage business stakeholders for requirements, demos, UAT and support. Communicate across cross-functional teams; may use Tableau.

Serve as functional lead for Salesforce Billing projects: translate business requirements into Salesforce Billing/CPQ solutions, lead design and integration workshops, optimize configurations, provide technical guidance to developers, and advise clients on billing strategies while staying current on Salesforce product updates.
