Build and scale Beacon’s governance, risk, compliance, and privacy function across the company and its portfolio of SaaS businesses. Lead enterprise security, AI and data governance, privacy, third-party risk, and posture reporting. Hands-on, guide portfolio companies through SOC 2, ISO 27001, accessibility, and other certifications. Establish common controls, automate compliance workflows with AI, and create scalable reporting and cross-functional processes.

Leads strategic finance across Beacon’s software portfolio, partnering with general managers and executives on value creation, budgeting, pricing, capital allocation, M&A, and growth investments. The role also owns debt strategy, supports equity raises and IPO preparation, develops investor relations capabilities, and builds AI-native finance systems, dashboards, and decision frameworks. This first Strategic Finance team hire will shape the function and manage multiple platform and portfolio-company workstreams.

Own Beacon’s recruiting operations infrastructure, including Ashby configuration, workflows, integrations, data hygiene, reporting, process design, automation, coordination, and candidate experience. Build scalable recruiting systems across corporate and portfolio companies, partner on headcount planning and offers, and establish repeatable processes from scratch in a fast-moving, multi-entity environment.
