Support the CTO by managing technical operations, coordinating projects and milestones, capturing action items, organizing technical documentation, managing executive calendar and communications, and liaising across departments while working across US and Korea time zones.

Design, build, test, and maintain the mission behavior engine for robots across the stack: core behavior capabilities, scalable APIs, cloud integrations, AI/NLP configuration, and backend infrastructure. Own projects from design through deployment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure quality via testing and CI, and drive architectural decisions.

Leads the architecture, development, optimization, integration, and testing of robotics software and autonomy algorithms for perception, planning, control, and navigation. Provides technical leadership through mentoring and code reviews, collaborates with hardware and product teams, documents systems, and contributes to research publications and industry advancements. The role requires extensive deployed robotics software experience, strong C++ skills, robotics simulation proficiency, and knowledge of computer vision, machine learning, and control theory.

Designs, develops, tests, and maintains complex, scalable software systems. Contributes to architecture, distributed systems, cloud-based solutions, technical projects, troubleshooting, automated testing, and continuous integration. Collaborates with product, design, architecture, and cross-functional teams while mentoring junior engineers and supporting technical decision-making. Evaluates new technologies and drives improvements in software quality, reliability, performance, and development efficiency.

Leads and develops a software engineering team, providing technical direction, mentorship, hiring, performance management, and talent development. Drives complex software project planning and delivery, collaborates with product and cross-functional stakeholders, solves technical problems, and establishes engineering standards for quality, testing, architecture, and continuous integration. The role also supports technical strategy, resource allocation, and alignment between engineering initiatives and business goals.

Owns the end-to-end deployment of unmanned forklifts, from project kickoff and planning through on-site setup, commissioning, validation, and completion reporting. Acts as the technical liaison among customers, engineering teams, SI partners, manufacturers, and ODM vendors. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, project scheduling, system integration support, troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, deployment documentation, and field feedback. Requires extended travel and assignments in warehouses or industrial environments.
