Support the CTO by managing technical operations, coordinating projects and milestones, capturing action items, organizing technical documentation, managing executive calendar and communications, and liaising across departments while working across US and Korea time zones.

Design, build, test, and maintain the mission behavior engine for robots across the stack: core behavior capabilities, scalable APIs, cloud integrations, AI/NLP configuration, and backend infrastructure. Own projects from design through deployment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure quality via testing and CI, and drive architectural decisions.

Leads the architecture, development, optimization, integration, and testing of robotics software and autonomy algorithms for perception, planning, control, and navigation. Provides technical leadership through mentoring and code reviews, collaborates with hardware and product teams, documents systems, and contributes to research publications and industry advancements. The role requires extensive deployed robotics software experience, strong C++ skills, robotics simulation proficiency, and knowledge of computer vision, machine learning, and control theory.
