Lead AI risk assessments, reviews, and monitoring to support AI governance at a financial institution. Evaluate internal and third-party AI solutions, maintain an enterprise AI inventory, analyze controls and risk metrics, build dashboards and reports, and provide quantitative and advisory support across stakeholders to enable responsible AI adoption and regulatory readiness.

Leads BECU’s enterprise product management function, establishing product lifecycle standards, governance, operating models, and roadmap practices. Coaches product leaders and product coaches, aligns business and technology priorities, manages dependencies and execution risks, and advises senior leadership. The role also leads product councils, supports talent development, and drives product transformation across a complex, matrixed organization.

Develop and enhance quantitative financial models supporting Treasury, asset liability management, interest-rate risk, mortgage hedging, pricing, profitability, and portfolio risk decisions. Analyze fixed income, derivatives, duration, convexity, stress scenarios, deposits, and prepayments. Automate workflows with Python and Excel/VBA, modernize analytics in Snowflake, document model governance, and communicate insights to Treasury, Risk, Credit, Product, and portfolio leaders.
