Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, payroll support, HRIS data maintenance, documentation, and coordination of trainings and offboarding. Ensure California labor law compliance and assist HR Lead with investigations, disciplinary actions, and audits while promoting employee engagement.
